Blue Chip Flexipoints + Phone Cards and One Tel

Tidying up my office I found two collectors cards. They are yellow and blue. The writing says ‘Blue Chip Flexipoints’ Collects Card worth £2.00 when full. On the back it says the cards are property of Blue Chip Advertising, in Bucks. I don’t know where I obtained the Cards, possibly from some petrol station. I am guessing that they are quite old. Anyone got any ideas before I bin them.
I have also found two green phone cards, the sort that you put in a BT Phone on the street. Again, these are quite old. If there is cash on them, will they still work?
Lastly, I found a Green and Purple Card that says how to make a call – One Tel – I cannot even recall who One Tell is...Anyone out there refresh my memory.
