Make note - it says a ticket does not mean you will get a seat! Check 'faq' section on the page. Think it's sort of first come first served with this sort of thing?! Anyone able to confirm?

    From the FAQ's

Does my ticket guarantee me a seat?

Unfortunately your ticket does not guarantee you a seat. As tickets are complimentary, people often request more than they need, so we have to issue more tickets than there are seats available to allow for this.

We do consider carefully how many extra tickets to issue for each show, but we recommend that you arrive in good time to be sure that you are not disappointed. Entry into the show is on a first come, first served basis.

Just to note we got tickets for 2nd show (Robbie & Gary Performing) - got stuck in traffic but still arrived in time to find a queue of around 800 people - double the amount of tickets given out for the number of seats! Knew it wasn't guaranteed but that was ridiculous. So get there v. early (3-4hrs before doors open to be sure) and be prepared to queue in all weathers - small cloakroom inside so you can change clothes.

Forgot to say we didn't get in - so expensive/tiring trip all for nothing!:(
