FirstTracking - do they ever pay up?

My son has been doing a few assignments for First Tracking (cinema trailer survey things). He has now done 3 and they owe him £27. He keeps being told the money will be paid - gives him a date and it never appears. This has happened 4-5 times now. Has anyone else had a problem? WIll he ever get his money
