Hope your race does go ahead tonight. I'm doing the one in York and it's supposed to be tomorrow night but the race course has flooded in York so it's postponed for 3 weeks (still 3 more weeks for 'training' and get sponsors I guess).

I've added a little encouragement to keep going on your sponsorship page as I think it's such a great cause and event. Good luck and keeping my fingers crossed for the weather for you.

The sun's come out so fingers crossed everything will be fine for tonight. Will make sure Ste grabs the camera.

Not long got back from the dentist. Had to have a filling in my wisdom tooth *shudder* oh well all done now. Once Ste got up this morning I went back to bed about 9ish only to be woken by ste at 12 saying I was going to be late for my appointment! Sooo tired but feel a bit better after that sleep. The girls have gone with my mate today and SIL is coming over to look after them later on. Good news from the dentist though I got my deposit back so came away with £10! lol! Treated us to some lunch and I bought a magazine. Was going to save it but thought 'screw it' ...lol.

Oh and my bass STILL hasn't arrived :mad:

Right need to wash my hair. x

oh IA that's so annoying, I know how you feel. I was just getting my number and everything together when I saw my friends message telling me she'd heard on the radio that they'd cancelled it. I'm going to use the next few weeks to try and raise some more money am on £171 at the moment but really wanted to get to £250 (and do some *more* training)

Hope you've recovered after your dentist appointment, sounds like you got some much needed sleep too.
