Has the computer gave up now or are you not online because you are changing provider? Any updates on Ste's interview/job?

IA please say that what I said on Saturday regarding changing provider was correct? Are you alright?

    I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack....
*ah* and so the withdrawal subsides...... I just have 2 words to say..
f**king BT!!!!!!!!! Spiteful barstewards disconnected us without warning because of the switch over to Tiscali and because of the bank holiday etc we haven't recieved the tiscali stuff so we gave in today and after a call to Tiscali we went out and bought a new wireless router because the BT homehub wouldn't work. OH well. we're now connected with Tiscali and are in the process of switching landline to them as well which SHOULD BE SEAMLESS. (She says...) Can't believe we've not had the net since FRIDAY!! 4 whole days of withdrawal symptoms and stressing about the fact I haven't be able to check internet banking for so long!!!
Speaking of internet banking..... Debt fund took a bit of a battering this weekend. Was feeling so miserable and stressed about everything we ended up splurging.....Maybe I should sue BT for damages??
anyway the debt fund is now standing at £309. Can't believe it. Let's see if I can remember what it all went on....
£49.99 for a new internet router
£59.97 for a new phone because mine broke (BUT it's tesco pay and go, it works, I got £20 free credit, AND 200 extra clubcard points using a clubcard vouchers, PLUS I'll get clubcard points for every top up I put on it. :D)
£40 for a big bouncey castle/pool garden play thingy as a treat for the girls..
£10 so Ste could be g et a couple games as he got £30 gamestation vouchers for being best man :D
    £10 petrol.......

The rest of it went on random bits of food beer at the wedding and the night before! Oh the shame! lol... needless to say I was rather drunk (Wine, champagne, archers and sambuca DON'T MIX!) but MIL was really kind and swapped houses with us for the night so we could get some proper sleep. Needless to say I still woke up god knows how many times but after that amount of alcohol I needed it! The wedding was beautiful and we had such a good time :d The happy couple are now honeymooning in Scotland. :)

Ste got the job! he's got to wait til the end of the week to have it confirmed and sort out details as they forgot to advertise it internally but that's just a technicality as they don't actually have to interview anyone so the job is definately Stes :) Woooooooo!

No change ebay/paypal wise.. still waiting for the guy to admit he's actually got it but I suppose there's as much chance of that as hell freezing over  Either way the money is set aside in case I have to refund him. Grrrrr..

K's still not sleeping but is LOVING her solids. We've started giving her jars so she can have a bit of variety but she's doing really well. :)

The whole internet-free weekend was spent rearranging pretty much the whole house to make it safe and suitable for kids. We've moved the pc up to our bedroom and the living dining room is now a lot more spacious and we've moved the toys into what used to be the dining room and the dining table is now where the pc was which has opened up loads of floor space and it looks really good.

the Ofsted lady came today too  She asked me loads of questions and went through my folder I've put together with my forms, policies, certificates etc and then went through the whole house and garden checking everything out. I was so nervous and stressed and apart from getting a fire guard and finishing off my policies etc she's really happy and has said that I'm suitable and will be allowed 4 children (Other that my girls), 1 under 5 and 3 over 5 but under 8. :T Woooooooo!! Just need to finished off everything and get everything sorted while my forms, Ste's crb etc work their way through the system and I get my registration certificate!!!!

Well it's been a completely manic and stressful weekend but I can now ease myself back into 'normal' life... I dunno... 4 days without the net and I@m losing the plot!

Anyway better go.. Ste's nagging me because he wants to twiddle with router settings and other nerdy stuff :rotfl:

    wooooo I'm back!
