Wedding Dresses in Washing Machines  . You didn't wait for me to turn up and give my opinion did you.
Cos
I'd have told you I did the same 4 years ago and it turned out fine. :rotfl:
The banging you'll have heard IA is cos the WM load was 'lighter' than usual. I put mine into a light coloured duvet on a delicate wash. Mine was filthy too. Mum had paid for it cleaned 1st time cos I married abroad then had a blessing at home, but it got filthy again and I couldn't afford it, we'd found out DS was on the way.
. My train was made into a Christening gown by my nan. 0 -

i need to wash my wedding dress as well. i got married 4 years ago and i was going to take it to a dry cleaners to get cleaned and boxed, but it's about £100.00. as with the ikea store card, i could just use my birthday money if i get any, but it is machine washable, so i don't know whether to just wash it, buy a really nice box and keep it in there. i'll have a look at the label tomorrow0
