Tesco Direct

I ordered a Nintendo Wii package (Wii fit plus and Wii sports bundle) from Tesco direct on Monday evening which was an absolute bargain, saving about £75 from any other retailer. Sadly when I turned up to collect it at my local store I was told it was out of stock and they wanted to give me a refund. I've refused a refund at this stage as I don't think they'll repeat the offer and I insist they honour their contract.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with Tesco Direct?

Yes, it happened to me too a year back...ordered something over the internet off Tesco Direct (i-pod or nintendo or something) for very good price, paid on credit card then a week or so later they e-mailed me to say it was out of stock and they had refunded me. I was very cross as if I'd have known it was out of stock at the time I'd have continued shopping for it elsewhere. Seem to remember dauther had to have a late birthday present......:mad:0
