Can I return an item I've bought on boots.com to my local store?
We do recommend that any products* bought from boots.com are returned using our free returns service to the address on the returns label found on your delivery paperwork. This is because certain products* are unique to boots.com and our shops will have no price or till details on these products*. However, if it is more convenient for you, please return your product*, in its original condition and its original packaging, to your local store and they will replace/refund it for you.

Yes you can return to store no problem, just take your reciept .I have done it in the past and if they do give you any hassle just tell them you contacted customer services and they said its ok.
Delivery- I have had loads of orders from Boots delivered no problem, they have never left anything just lying around if I have not been in they have left a card or gave it to a neighbour. It might all depend on what your local courier is like- I have more hasssles with parcel force than Boots !0 -
Mine worked last night around 7.30pm, I bit the bullet and ordered loads of toiletries to make up baskets for my MIL and 2 x Grandmothers Xmas. First try it would not authorise my bank card either but I tried again and used my credit card. Total points for order 2400!! Overall points total is now around 9300!! Think I will now keep these for next years presents!
Well done to the op!0 -
