It says 50% will be taken off at checkout, but it's still showing as the same price. Is anyone else getting this?

I'm thinking the prices have been discounted...these type of store are very pricey when it comes to pet accessories and some of those pre-reduced prices look low to me.

I just made an order and realised that the discount didn't get taken off (it definitely says on the website that the prices advertised are BEFORE the discount) so I gave them a call and the lady went through my order and is going to refund me the money for the discounted items.
