Got mine today too, but missing one order. Plus one of my envelopes only had a £1 voucher in. I called them up and they are sending me my missing £10. Very nice lady.

So how do you spend them?? :)

  • got mine today:T
  • I also received x2 £5 instead of a £10 voucher, which doesn't make it a very good gift if you can only use one voucher at a time. It's like saying "Happy Christmas", buy yourself something and I'll pay your postage.

Many thanks claire21 - I am away from home at the moment buy DH says that catalogue same on Wednesday and vouchers came on Thursday - £22 in one envelope and £33 in another. I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere on their website that you can't use them in "Garden Centres" as you have to redeem them directly with T&M.

Thats correct you can only order from catalouges or online, you can post your vouchers to them to use more than one.

I got my vouchers today,I ordered £11 which only cost me £1,trouble is I got 2x£5 and 1 £1 which if I have read correctly on here I can only use one voucher per order so thats a slight pain...
But then I cant moan as its only cost me £1 and any money off right now is more than welcome.
