The money has come out of my bank but tried logging on to see order history and says no account exists even though it did yesterday! Just phoned up they confirmed I do have an account & my order is on it's way! Yay! Ty again op

I have just rung up to check my order placed on 11th. It was despatched Monday via 2nd class Royal Mail, hence it taking so long to get here. I would say allow 10 from order date for it to arrive. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Thanks for letting us know guys! Money was taken from my account and when I log in can still see the order there. (I'm able to log in.) Not received vouchers yet but I did receive my catalogue from them today (well, it's a booklet really!) and it has a £5 free voucher to use before Feb 2011 on any amount, just pay postage!

can't believe it, i was probably very naughty, i dont usually order lots and ots if there is a glitch on. Hoever i chanced with this one and have in my hand £300 of thompson and morgan gift vouchers :)

Are they restricted to £10 an order?

And is there a minimum order quantity?
