DFS Finance credit
Hello,
I'm looking for a few wise heads regarding DFS finance.
I just ordered a sofa off them using a 3year finance deal. Can I assume that because the salesman gave me all the paperwork from hitachi finance to sign that I passed the criteria, even though all this was in 10mins from giving the salesman my details.
It's just because I heard a few horror stories where a few days later they phone up saying that you failed the checks and demand payment by delivery of the sofa (Xmas).

You can assume you've passed, I don't think anyone has ever failed a DFS credit check0

Never assume anything. Best contact DFS or Hitachi to be absolutely certain.0
