Hunter Wellies

Options
There are lots of old threads mentioning good prices for Hunter wellies, but can't see any recent ones.... anyone come across any bargains online? I've googled & googled but can't find anything that seems a really good deal (ie under £35).

I need a ladies size 4, not too worried about colour. Do the kids ones look much different to the adult ones?

I can't get to a TK Maxx, so think ordering online will be the best option. Neither M&M direct nor Asos have any good deals :(

Thanks all :)

Hi, My trusty hunters sprang a leak on Tuesday so I have been trawling the net but cant find any at a decent price. Like you I need a size 4 and dont care on the colour, TK maxx havent got them, and although Rubbersole have a discount code there is nothing in size 4. The kids ones are much shorter and dont seem quite so durable.

dd has hunters, she has the kids ones as she prefers a shorter boot, she is normally a size 5 and bought a 5 in the hunters and they also fit me as a size 6 (she wears thick socks as she is out a lot in the cold) they seem to be holding up pretty well so far and are well worth the money, she has the classic green ones with the little square heel it would seem this is the only style they do in the shorter boot, we paid around £20 last year from one of the horse riding sites:)
Thank you for this site Martin

My hunters lasted 3 and a half years, wearing them every weekday and walking 5 miles each time, plus occasional weekend use! So for me it has to be hunters, just cant find any cheaply, Rubbersole still out of stock.

You can also try any of the horse/tack stores. Robinsons and Derby House are both online and very reliable.
  • All reputable equine sites sell hunters, try typing equestrian clearence into google, it does require a bit of hunting around. I've got the children hunters, in a size 5, they differ only in length length. Apart from that they are still the typical hunter you'd expect for an adult. (:
