I've signed a compromise agreement with my former employer, does it affect my JSA claim?

I'd like to know the answer to this too please.....Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Why would it? A compromise agreement merely has terms in it such as you won't take the employer to a tribunal for more money or pass on confidential information etc, etc
It's the amount of money received that matters to the DWP.Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.0 -
No, my husband has just left his work through a compromise and he is receiving JSA.0
