I did the 5 email thing, and now it not letting me use the £10 off, I get the error message ' £10 discount code cannot be applied with any other offer'.

They think it's to do with using a discount code - they say their systems been updated and there having problems with processing codes.

She's going to phone me back - if she queries where I got the code, should I just be honest and say I got the code from here? The OP received it in an e-mail from the company.

Hi, i think you may be better off saying your friend got it in an email, but she said she wasnt going to use it, and that you could. Give her my name if she asks, its the same name as my email that im registered with them. I didnt use the code as i had already placed my order prior to receiving the code. Hope this helps.

I ordered 2 mugs on the 11th - nothing yet phoned up they said was despatched on the 12th and to wait 7 working days!

Now a bit worried about this because I've still not anywhere with customer service and the card I used for the transaction has been compromised and I've had to cancel the card - it can only be one of two online retailers as I never use this card in shops. Of course, it could be the transaction with the other online retailer or it could have been a transaction before this week or something else.......

I ordered on the 13th and no sign of the mugs. I thought they would have arrived quicker than this, especially going by what their email says!
