Independant mortgage advisor sought - Coventry/Warks Area

Can anyone recommend an independant mortgage advisor in the Coventry/Warwickshire area? We're currently on a nationwide five year fix but are currently letting the property out. OUr consent to let with nationwide runs out next August before they add the additional charge on to our repayments. We're looking at options and would like to talk to someone who could advise us with no strings attached in the first instance.

For our last two mortgages we've been helped by a fella called Richard Moores who works from an office in the Your Move branch in Nuneaton. Very helpful and honest. If you call the your Move branch they'll be able to set up an appointment.

Typically its best to avoid estate agent brokers (unless the agent is independent). They have the worst reputation in the industry.

https://www.unbiased.co.uk is the uk database for independents. Do a search by postcode and select mortgages. It will show your nearest independents.
