Cruise ship deck officer cadetships

I was browsing the job ads for princess cruises and noticed they do Deck officer cadetships which may be of interest to some people with kids leaving school next year
other lines may offer something similar.

Life as a senior officer on a cruise ship is fairly good with captains working 6 months a year.
