changing your comping email address

Hi all
I just wondered if people changed their email addresses when comping. (e.g - every year or so?)
The reason I ask is that I wondered if I had won from a site before, their is less chance of winning again from the same email addy. I know this is not always the case, but wondered if it has made a difference to anyone by doing this.

I have recently changed mine from AOL to Live.co.uk mainly because AOL you cant set up email filters and my AOL account is a mess with lots and lots of newsletters and spam so decided im going to have a fresh start
