I bought my Mum an iPod once. She complained that she didn't know how to use iTunes, she didn't like the music I put on it, she'd never use it etc. Honestly it makes Christmas Day uncomfortable for everyone when she chucks the gifts away. Nighties - didn't like them. Flowers - smelled funny. Leather gloves - too long on her fingers. I think a cow from Oxfam is a great idea at the moment. Better than tearing my hair out. Thanks for the suggestions. All great for my grateful for a gift mother in law.

Once my Mum came in and threw her present at me. She said take that back it's carp and I don't like it. Mr shoe's face was a picture but after 30 years I'm unshockable now.

My goodness, how ungrateful! I wouldn't bother to be honest!! :(
  • Anyone who is looking for Ben 10 ultimate alien figures - try TJ Hughes. Better selection than Argos and slighty cheaper £4.79 or £9 for 15cm. Havent seen a tetra spin yet though anywhere!

Terra spin is the only one i need now! doing my head in finding him, my son decided to come and have a word with me about santa.. whilst i was in the bath. If santa doesn't get it for him, does this mean he has been bad? :(

    Hi all
I need cool cardz (the original one not the hsm or the hello kitty one), the play doh ice cream shop and gross magic. If anybody knows of these on offer any where it would be greatly appreciated.

Toys R Us are doing their own playdoh ice cream parlour & hairdressers £9.99 buy one get one free.... They will not let me put link in ! if you search T R Us and put in ice cream dough you can see it

Hope I have replied in the right place - Im a newbie !

They seem to be £90 everywhere again now. If you don't mind a used one they are on eBay for about £40 - £50. Mine is unused so I've been watching them to see if I could sell it.
