     05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
     08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

    Computer game shoppers - has anyone seen any good prices for any of these games? (For some reason I'm having technical difficulties with the game shopbot)

    Wii - Boom Blox Bash Party
    XBox - Assassins Creed Brotherhood
    Wii - Super Mario Galaxy 2

    I'm also interested in any 'game-y' stocking fillers like logo t-shirts, figures, guides (for almost game) if anyone's spotted anything that looks good:)

    i bought 2 of these from asda and they were £3 each and £4 for 2. hope this helps.

    Gone with info from post #344 and ordered trampoline from Focus!

    PC world have a fab deal on a 22" tv with built in DVD player and freeview, the website states £189, but in store it's only £159 HTH

    Thanks for the Leapster info sim11, none in Argos here, and the Amazon one seemed to be the Leapster 2, which is different...

    However, after giving up hope of Boots ever getting any more I've just got one on their 3 for 2 :j
