I don't know what happened but one minute it was showing my balance as Zero because it accepted the code but at the end it said "£1.65"

AND I have just been sent an INVOICE for £1.65 to my spambox

    Not happy!!

Am sure it,ll be fine, if you check your account under payment it should say free offer, that,s what it says on mine HTH

It says the same on mine but they didn't take any payment details so it must be free.

I always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...
  • LOL ...All sorted now!!

I wrote to them and a very nice guy called Steve got STRAIGHT back to me and said there was an error with their system and the card is indeed free..

So a big THANKS OP and what a delightful company , he apologised and treated me like a valued customer - Not like some freebie grabbing monster! lol

If ONLY all companies were like this!! .. And the cards are lovely and good value anyway so they should do well
  • Me to invoiced £1.65, but we didnt put any bank card details in though so we cant be charged
  • Can it be sent at a later date, ie nearer xmas does anyone know. I've got to the checkout stage, but Don't want it turning up a month early - i'm NOT that organised! :rotfl:

    I love to save money
  • Just got my reply - very nice too

    Hi xxxxx,

Just ignore that you don’t have to pay. It’s just a confirmation email but it had a little bug which shows what the price would have been. We have just recently fixed it.

Thanks for using the service we hope you like the card.

    Kindest Regards,
    Steve
