AND I have just been sent an INVOICE for £1.65 to my spambox
Not happy!!

I wrote to them and a very nice guy called Steve got STRAIGHT back to me and said there was an error with their system and the card is indeed free..
So a big THANKS OP and what a delightful company , he apologised and treated me like a valued customer - Not like some freebie grabbing monster! lol
If ONLY all companies were like this!! .. And the cards are lovely and good value anyway so they should do well0 -
Me to invoiced £1.65, but we didnt put any bank card details in though so we cant be charged0

Can it be sent at a later date, ie nearer xmas does anyone know. I've got to the checkout stage, but Don't want it turning up a month early - i'm NOT that organised! :rotfl::money::money::money::money:
I love to save money0 -
Just got my reply - very nice too
Hi xxxxx,
Just ignore that you don’t have to pay. It’s just a confirmation email but it had a little bug which shows what the price would have been. We have just recently fixed it.
Thanks for using the service we hope you like the card.
Kindest Regards,
Steve0 -
Thanks Claire ordered mine0
