Hi,currently 2 months into a dmp with payplan.Had a few acceptances from creditors, but mbna keep hassling me! They have actually sent a letter to say they accept our lower monthly payments, but keep getting calls asking how i will settle the arrears on the card? It's £180 over the £1000 card limit, mainly because of their charges etc,do i just fob them off continually? I'm with payplan and i'm just getting a bit confused as to how my credit cards will get paid off under the dmp when they keep adding charges and ringing me to pay them more money!

It took MBNA about 3-4 months to actually accept my offer and they have now frozen interest, removed the arrears and said they will show me as up to date for credit reference purposes. Just hold firm and it should sort out.Julie
