Sorry if this is in the wrong section, i didnt know where to put it.

Does anybody know the customer service number of sofa cinema? The one on the website does not work(it just keeps ringing) and everytime i click on one of their customer service email links it just takes me to the home page.

I need to cancel my membership and at the moment i have no way of doing this!

Looks like they are part of Lovefilm. You could either try emailing/ringing via the contact details at the Lovefilm website or send a recorded delivery letter explaining your intentions to:

The registrant of the domain name (and according to the site branding) is The Guardian so you could try through them.

i was with them for ages and thought they were excellent. when I cancelled To be honest I cant remember what I did. I do remember phoning them but I think I also wrote. doesnt help much I know!
