Tesco newby query

I've just been asked to bake 200 buns, 8" sponge cake, 2 x 10" fruit cake and 10 x 4" fruit cakes. Obviously the ingrediants are gonna add up and normally I'd go into asda to buy them. As a newby to online shopping, this order will be over £50 work of shopping. Can anyone suggest a code to use to maximise my money back either through discount or points.
I also went on quidco and they say I can get £5 for my first order with them but when I click the link it goes to tesco direct and I can't see any groceries on there!
help please :T
