Back in 2006 myself and my husband took out a loan with LTSB.

Long story short we got into financial difficulties, went on a DMP and eventually LTSB sold the debt onto Moorcroft.

Things were quiet for nearly a year and then Moorcroft has started writing asking for increased payments. But that's not what the question is about. I noticed they were only writing to me and when I quiried this Moorcroft told me that they only received my details in regards to the debt and they have no record of my husbands name in connection with it.

They have said they will quiry it with Lloyds.

Should I be concerned (as in would any defaults and charges will have no only been appiled to my credit record)?

You can both check your own credit files and see whats there. I'd also CCA them as a matter of course.
