Club Lacosta???

Options
I have just had a call at work from CLC Hotels and resorts saying that I've won a holiday from their international draw after completing a survey for a holiday to Costa Del Sol or Tenerife for 7 nights.
BUT we need to pay £29.50 and go Regent Street in London to meet the company. Sounds to good to be true.
Has anyone else heard of them?

Thanks

That's the key phrase, right there.

And if it sounds too good to be true..........

Sounds like one of these hard sell timeshare companies to me. I wouldn't bother, personally

Haven't heard of them but sounds like a timeshare to me - you go to 'meet' them so that they can try and sell you a timeshare.

    WARNING:

If you have to pay in order to receive a prize you've won = its a con. BIG TIME.

Of course you might like to spend a couple of hours with idiot salespeople telling you how great their holiday club/ timeshare/ shared ownership/ share scheme/ whatever the latest variant is/ with the aim of winding them up by pretending to be interested. But if not, stay well clear.

  • i've been to one of there presentations In the north west it lasted about two hours we said no thanks and they were very nice.

They gave us £75 of Argos vouchers and a holiday with an admin fee of about £50 each.

    Hope this helps
