I have just rang up for my grandaughter a towel she asked me for both childrens dates of birth does this mean I will get two towels? hmmmmmmmmm

I'd already registered but you have to phone to get the towel the lovely lady said that it was a separate offer to the website. hope this helps

Just rang for mine, lady just asked for my name, address and due date (I am actually pregnant). No questions about feeding or anything although I assume I will get some leaflets or something with it

I tryed this morning, as my brothers wife is pregnant, and I thought this would be a nice freebie for her when the baby is due.
I made it clear to the lady it was for someone else and unfortunutly she wouldnt let me order it, she said something about when they send out more info about products etc, it has to go to the person who is actually having the baby, why it makes much of a difference, I dunno to be honest. The Lady was very nice about it all though, so I dont have no reason to complain

I'm going to pass on this info to my boyfriends wife anyway so she can order one herself, makes it a bit easier anyway.
