Boots were delivered safe and well the following day...turned out to be an OK service afterall...I ordered my daughter the charcoal and silver...more silver in than expected,I think they look lovely,but they too big for me(she is a size bigger than me),realy hope she will like them...I returned a pair of Argyl charcoal to "Get the label.com."..in favour of these as i know she will prefer the button style.(The Argyl ones seemed to make feet look very large in the size 6.5..looked larger than other boots for some reason)
realy realy wish id ordered myself a pair of grey ones now tho...were all sold out by the time i decided.

I'm very dis-appointed with M and M.

I ordered some size 4.5 in grey for my wife. Came on Saturday, but were the wrong size (5.5). Phoned them straight away to complain and they said sorry about that but they still had 4.5 in and would send some out. Got an email today saying they didnt actually have any in and that was that!

Thanks to some one packing the wrong order in the warehouse my wife has now missed out.

Rubbish!

If anyone has any to swap then i'm sure my wife would be interested as we haven't sent the 5.5 back yet.

Because the £10 code was not a general release code. I had been sent it and posted it on the discount thread and then the person who saw the Uggs updated that they had Uggs in stock and you could get the discount using the code.
When alot of places have codes shudoo, ASOS etc they are for everyone and are website or magazine released. Plus this offer was sold out in just over a day!

Recieved my uggs tonight. I ordered gray 5.5 and got black with a lot of gold sparkly bits in 4.5 definately dont fit me but my 11 year old thought they were great and has now comandered them (i guess it saves me sending them back) and its an extra xmas pressie!

Mine were sat waiting for me on my desk this morning at work :j I ordered the black & gold in 4.5 and they fit perfectly.

I never thought I would ever own a pair of Uggs (I always spend my money on Irregular Choice shoes lol) so am thrilled to bits

How are people finding the sizing?

My wife is a 6 but i ordered a 5.5, they are for Christmas so I was wondering if people thought they would fit, as obviously i'd rather keep them away from her before Christmas and by then it will be too late to return them?

Mmmm, that's a difficult one. I have already posted on here that i am a size 6 and i got the 5.5. They were too small in that my toes were right at the very end, you could see them through the material(if you get what i mean)
I tried to persevere and wore them a few times to try and stretch them but in the end i gave them to my Daughter as they ended up crushing my toes. :rotfl:

Others will say they have gone down a size and they have been fine.

I think i would probably get her to try them on just incase they do have to go back.

I'm a size 6 (maybe even a size 5.5 if I'm pushing it) and I bought size 5.5 which is absolutely fine. They do stretch a bit after wearing them a fair few times. Also on the official website it says that you should go order half a size down due to the way they state the sizes. I imagine it will be fine unless she is a large size 6
