Confused Over Tesco Big Clubcard Exchange

I decided this time round to exchange my vouchers online, as I want to buy a mobile phone for my son.

I exchanged £30 worth for 3 x £20 evouchers and thought I would receive them straight away as a code via email, but nothing arrived apart from confirmation of my order.

Do these evouchers come through the post? If so I wish they had made it clearer ,as knowing my luck, the phone I want to buy will sell out before I get them!

When I read it it says you will get your codes in a few hours. Id give it a wee while and if nothing email them back. Do check your spam folder see if it has gone in there.

On the thread on the grabbit board, people have reported getting the codes emailed within an hour or two but they are told to allow up to 24 hours I think??

I am trying to exchange for the eating out x 4 but the website is very slow and gettinga lot of errors

vouchers get send in the post with an e-voucher code printed on the vouchers, to redeem online

I just rang tesco cos I ordered toy vouchers and they said they will be emailed within 24 hours.

Tescos wine finest wine orders are not going through on there systems, Spoke to a lady and she took the orer over the phone and it is still not working. I was trying to use £60 worth of double up vouchers (was told i could by every one i spoke to so it can not be that). Will be getting a phone call from tescos tomorrow will let you all know.

Word of warning. The postage cannot be paid for with evouchers. I transfered mine and it rejected the last voucher because one of the items I bought had come down in price since last night when I put them in the basket. It mean't I hadn't spent enough to use the final voucher. Oh well lets hope they transfer it back for me.
