Income/Outgoings Ratio

Hi

Does anyone have any idea what the sort of maximum Income/Outgoing ratio the banks will consider when making a loan decision?
Am curious to know what % is considered too much.

Impossible to give an accurate answer. They are all different, mainstreet banks are quite strict, payday lender couldn't give a hoot.

As a general rule, you shouldn't be endebted over 50% of your Salary with unsecured borrowing.
