(sorry i missed the word poll off the thread title... got you reading though
)
We're planning the following poll on the site and I'd love your feedback...
a. Have we missed any common treatments you know of
b. Is any of our phrasing inappropriate or not understandable

Breast Implants / lift
Breast reduction
Laser hair reduction
Liposuction (fat drainage)

Facelift
Rhinoplasty (nose reshaped)
Ears pinned
Other
Men

Injections to stop wrinkles (e.g. botox)
Filler to stop lines around the mouth

What about other enlargements for the men?
Cheek implants for women, i know someone who had a very thin face she had something done to make it look better
Also hair implants or hair removal by laser0 -
How about buttock augmentation? I know celebs are having that done!
Do normal tattoos or piercings not count as they are still changing someones appearance for cosmetic reasons (and involve as much 'surgery' as facial tattoos etc?)“When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we took so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened up for us”

I apologise for my lack of thanks, my button is not working.

And if you include tattoos, then perhaps you should enclude tattoo removal as I know lots of people who've had that.Baby Bump born 4th March 2010! :kisses:

Thanks for all these - they're great - I think we'll ignore tattoos and piercings for this one - as that's more body art than cosmetic surgeryMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

10 years ago I had contact lenses implanted - I had very poor eyesight (-15 in both eyes) but it didn't count as being partially sighted. It was referred to as cosmetic surgery - I wouldn't have classed it as such because I was having trouble with normal contact lenses and just getting to an age when I needed reading glasses in addition to my (very thick) everyday glasses, but there you go.0

I'm sure I saw one of those Extreme Makeover shows where a guy had a chin implant. From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0

I haven't had anything yet, but am looking (seriously) at teeth whitening and SPMU (eyebrows).MSE_Martin wrote: »(sorry i missed the word poll off the thread title... got you reading though

'Missed' off the word "poll"? You realise no one is going to believe that! :rotfl:
Another not mentioned is on a part of the bust/underarm called "bridesmaids tuck" or something like that. Its the extra pouch of fat that can gather at the under arm area, completly natural and actually part of the natural bust rather then the arm, but in the current size zero obsession, having no fat at all and an extra huge bust (AKA !!!!!! industry) is the going trend.0
