Yesterday i had to cook some defrosted chicken thighs, did them in a roasting dish with olive oil,peppers/mushrooms/sweet potatoes/garlic,and onion...sprinkled with fajita powder...cooked nicely, but they are now in the fridge for family's dinner(im gonna be at work)...whats the best way to reheat these?...should they portion them up and zap in the microwave or put the whole dish back in the oven for around 30mins...i think ive only ever reheated stews/mince type dishes before, not sure what instructions to leave for them,,,thanks.x

I think you need to take the bones out to reheat them safely, so maybe take the bones out, shred the meat and then they can nuke it in the microwave, or add a tin of chopped toms and warm until piping hot in a pan on the hob. HTHSo, there are these boys,
They kinda stole my heart,

Putting the whole lot into a microwavable dish and reheating on full power for about 5 or 6 minutes should heat everything through thoroughly. You'll use a lot less power that way than reheating in an oven for 30 minutes.0
