Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

I missed my delivery from the Home Delivery Network yesterday. Card posted through letterbox said left in the outside meter cupboard. When I look it was not there. Phoned them last night but the details had not been uploaded onto the system yet. Wake this morning and go into the back garden to let my rabbit out and there on the lawn is an upside down soaking wet M&S box. Calender and Diary where in there but also soaking wet. Phones M&S and items are out of stock now so had to get a refund! Really annoyed as probably will not get as good a present for £4.55!

rather than accepting a refund could you not go instore with your damaged calendars and receipt and ask for an exchange?

Yeah might have to ring CS as already accepted the refund, although still have items. Looks like I am going to be busy this weekend as also have to take back a tesco direct delivery as it is a duplicate present.

Home delivery network/Local yob! I know I ordered the gardening diary but I don't think it was literally intended for the garden!!!
