need a loan

Hello all, I really need to get myself a loan to pay off a loan i have with my ex girlfriend, but however I have very very very bad credit!!! I cannot even get an account with my bank that allows me to have a direct debit facility! any ideas on anyone that may be able to help me get a loan of say around £10000 without wanting to see bank statements and wage slips and things like that!? I am in full time employment but am only due to start my job on the 30th October 2006, I am really desperate to get this loan as it will help me out considerably. any ideas will be appreciated! Also is there any way I can get barclays to give me an account with better facilities than the one they have given me such as direct debits and a card that I may be able to use online and in shops as the card i have can only be used in a cash machine! Barclays were the only bank that would even offer me a bank account as i was turned down by all the other high street banks but could really use a better account than the one they gave me!!! any ideas on that would be helpfull too! many thanks!
