Shoppers right to change my mind?

Hi
Can anybody tell me if I have a right to claim my money back if I change my mind about buying an item please?
I bought a bed yesterday for £700, then today we have had a huge bill to pay for our broken car and really need the money to pay for it. As it hasn't been delivered yet, I thought I would ring as soon as possible today to speak to the shop (United Carpets and Beds)
I thought a consumer had a right to change their mind if it was over a certain price and within 7 days? I can't find anything to confimrm this, but feel I am right.
The invoice states that 15% costs will be incurred if the order is cancelled, due to admin costs, but as the Admin haven't been in this weekend, I don't know what admin costs will be necessary?
I can understand that if I had left it a few days they may charge me, but I only bought it at 5pm yesterday, and its only 4pm today!!

I would appreciate any help please asap
Thanks
Carolyn

You have no rights if purchased in a shop.

You only get 7 days if it was purchased online, over the phone or in your own home. So if the contract allows you to cancel but the terms are that you pay 15% admin fee thats what you have to pay.

Sorry love but you'll have to pay the cancellation fee. Regardless of whether the admin team were in or out between order and cancellation they will still have the admin to complete.

The salesperson would be an admin cost as well as the person who has to do the paperwork to cancel the order, so there is a admin cost involved
