Alternative to Lush's Angels on Bare Skin?

Does anyone know a good alternative to this that won't break the bank? I'm happy to try something home made, would prefer something natural rather than chemically. So any good gently exfoliating cleansers anyone can recommend?

I think Angels on Bare Skin was basically lavender, almonds and clay & oil if I remember correctly. I make my own, Rhassoul clay powder (cheap from t'internet) a little ground almonds, water & almond oil. I've heard ground aduki beans make a good cheap exfoliator but not tried yet."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0

I've read about using oatmeal/porridge oats before....it's a little weird feeling but it seems to both exfoliate and moisterize.0
