I think rewired is The Stig.
Some say that they know who he is.
And that when he presses a key on his keyboard, nothing happens.
All we know is, he thanks some of us.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
I think it's important to expose some of these people.
For a long time now they have been spreading their poison. Lets have it out. Are they people in a position to buy a house or just unemployed car park attendants with a chip on their shoulder?
If it's the former a lot of people will understand all their bitterness.
The penny dropped for me a while back. Be nice if you could prove what I have been saying all along. Their views are worth nothing.
You might as well go and ask a crack addict living in cardboard city when he plans to buy. :rotfl:

I have no idea who they are. It isn't important. This is a public forum, there is no implied quality due to 'thanks' anyway. Some people treat thanks as a way to push there own agenda, others use it to scratch others backs hoping they will get the same in return, perhaps some even use it purely to highlight material they think is worthy of thanks. Rewired appears to have an agenda (going by their thanks) which is he perfectly entitled to.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Sorry to be pedantic. The 'agenda' consists of a single item: To thank people. In which case, as a single item, it is an "Agendum".
[If you can prove that Rewired - against all the odds - is capable of multi-tasking or doing additional activity, then maybe you are right].0 -
Considering that Rewired is intrested in rewiring and he is an electrician he never thanks my posts on the DIY forum only here.
I wonder if he (or anyone here) knows how to convert a dimmer switch to a regular on/off switch on a halogen R7 uplight?
I also need help with this project:
Five exclamation marks the sure sign of an insane mind!!!!!

'rewired' is an established user's sockie account which they use to pad out Thanks counts for certain users.0
