We collected an item last Sunday (to get the vouchers) although it said it would not be available until the Monday.

Can still reserve at our local stores for pick up today. No mention in the T&Cs of not doing Reserve and Collect so I can't see why they couldn't honour it?

Exactly they have the product you have the coupon so I can't see the problem really. In fact it says on a first come first served well us reserving them just means we was there first. Alls fair in love and bargain hunting

Shops on a Sunday in NI don't open until 1pm so it'll be interesting to see how people elsewhere fare with their reserved games when their shops open at 10am! Could save me a wasted journey!

If you have reserved for wednesday they would only let you have it today if there is unreserved stock, Wednesday may be when they get their next delivery hence you beiung given that date.

Just realised the item number quoted on the voucher is not the same as the item number online that we are all reserving ... this is not looking good to me :eek:
