i would be wary of them, they're an original site etc but i ordered a zipper and bag for my DD and got 2 wrong items got wrong style of bag and a hoodie sent through sent it back recorded cost £15 they said they'll refund the postage so took my details to refund but instead deducted another £15 from my bank :mad: and this was 10 days later......finally got the refund sorted and a week later got my replacement order and guess what yip wrong again :mad: got the correct zipper but the wrong bag again, i'm not waiting another 10 days to possibly get another wrong order have but the bag away as a gift for my sister (too old looking for DD) and i won't be using their site again, i will go into a store next time ...moral of the story give yourself plenty of time if ordering from them for xmas

omg i hope they don't send the wrong bag i have just ordered the bag my daughter has wanted for months she won't be happy with any other one :eek:

Don't get me wrong if they mess up they will sort it ....it just takes a while:(

you were right ordered 2 bags only received 1 and as they were under the same tracking number there saying I have received it as they have a signature :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I've found my black Paul's boutique bag and purse on best-price-for-sale.co.uk/pauls-boutique. I'm really excited as the previous owner only used it a couple of times and I bought it half of the price.
