Has anyone got the temrs and conditions for this offer. I ordered on the day and the discount was shown in the basket, however I was charged full price. I rang them up to complain and they said that there was nothing that they could do as I only spent £9.99 exc p+p. They said that the MOV was £10 but I didn't see this anywhere. Were they right to charge me full price?0

me4bargains is right, they shouldn't have taken the discount off, as a general rule of thumb though, I would never spend less than the vouchers worth so I get the lot for free...just knock it up over it's value (£10 in this case) so I'm actually paying a + amount, however little it is, just to be on the safe side.
My order has been despatched, if anyone is having doubts about if they will get their items, on kitbag.com>
click on "your account" >> "track my orders" >> "view details" and at the top, copy the 7 digit Courier reference, then go to the Parceline website:
http://www.parceline.com/
click "track it" right at the top of the page and then select "By Delivery Postcode and Sender Reference" >> type your postcode and paste the reference number and click on the "track it" button....
It's a pretty good tracker, every stage of your parcels journey :j so you know they have processed it with no problems and can see when it's coming0 -

Agreed, certinaly not worth doing business with them if you don't have the security of a credit card.
Like others I had the £10 discount taken away at the last minute though I presumed everything would be ok as it had shown earlier. However, I was charged full price.
Phoned up today to compain and the woman said there was nothing they could do about it and it was my fault. Obviously i didn't accept this and the next excuse was that becasue it was bought online she still couldn't help. After I threatened to claim the money back from the credit card company she then pretended it was actually AOL offering the £10 and I needed to contact them instead as it was their responsibilty. :rotfl:
Finally she agreed to have someone contact me and I now have my £10. This is the 2nd item I've tried to purchase from kitbag - the first I purchased 4 months before I needed it as a present yet they still failed to deliver.0 -

what did you say to get your money back? I got fobbed off by the customer service team and their supervisor. They said that there was nothing they could do.0 -

Well I've detalled most of what I said. I also mentioned that I noticed a lot of people mentioning here at moneysavingexpert that they had been overcharged . Just saying that made the customer services woman pretty angry and insistant that I couldn't possibly know such a thing, but it might have been what did the trick.
The main thing is that if you paid by credit card company then you can threaten to claim against them for fraud or something of that nature. Or of course you can also threaten to send the goods back as well.
Good luck, and don't take any crap off them!!0 -

Why? A different company has bought certain assets, saving peoples investments in one hamper firm - Home Farm Hampers but it was a pitty Farepak Hampers was in a poor state and couldn't be saved, also they have saved some jobs. If everyone boycotted them and their new owners we will have more companies going bust - what is the benefit of that?0 -
I received my 18 shirts today for less than a £10. Thank you for the opening post hubby and my daughter are made up with there new shirts
