You were lucky then - the SA I went to was an old trout and a jobsworth and got very snotty! She seemed so smug that I was not able to get my freebie - I expect the staff bagged them all!

An other example of how not to run a newspaper promotion, resulting in annoying people by getting them to buy a paper.I would have preferred a statement like the one I got from Starbucks the other day- the first 20 people in our store with the token will get a free...
On the cover it says nothing about stock being limited.
Anyway I went from there to Staples where I left with a warm and fuzzy feeling and free pens fom their newspaper offer today. That's the way to do it well.

i also went to my local store to find that my thought earlier was right, there was a queue to get into the store at 10am. by the time i got served there was none left. the sa was very apologetic but i did see the limited stock. there was at least 12 in front of me and 10 got the game. better luck next time i think

Thanks,saw game offer on here,then went out to two towns,couldnt get at one of the towns as they only had 20 allocated and were all gone within an hour of me arriving,They checked the warehouse and even that was out of stock,so they kindly looked up another local Argos in another town and reserved me one there,took an hours travelling time, and it was so worth it as came away with the game and then travelled to parents for a very late and deserved Sunday Lunch.I had told parents that I would be late and they didnt mind so that was great

Happy that I got the game as it looks good and we will play it over xmas.

think this is a real con - I reserved one so they had it in stock but wouldn't give it to me as not same number!!
