Thought i won on spin to win but....

I was playing dorset cereals spin to win and it landed on the mail prize but then said game over! I was going to email dorset cereals to see if it logged as a win but can't find an email address for them. Has this happened to anyone else on this comp and does anyone know if there is an email for them?

If you win then the game over bits (pebbles/corn? whatever they are) shoot about to fireworks sound effects, they also send an e-mail to confirm the win and for you to claim if you did not claim during the game. (Mail prize?)

as below - I got the winning email - it came from instant-win@dorsetcereals.co.uk but not sre if they reply to that email or not.

i'd have thought you haven't won - as the congrats email is sent automatically to your email addy.

Unfortunatly you are probably right. I emailed them anyway so they can check but i'm certainly not getting my hopes up.

I've noticed that a few times it does appear that it may well have landed on the 'Win' part but then it kind of fades out and you are down a spin.
My take on this is that maybe they have already had their quota of wins for that day.

This is only my opinion .I have been lucky to win though too. My page froze so I rang them and spoke to 'Rob' who does the comps. He is very nice.

Are you a firefox user by any chance? I've noticed that FF is getting worse for crashing/glitching/freezing/etc with every new version, that coupled with my slow computer makes for me getting my hopes up on instant wins quite regularly!
