I was charged full price. I phoned them and she said you didn't go through AOL. I said that I did and discount showed on first page but not when I checked out. Anyway she spoke to supervisor and they refused point blank to give me a discount. I asked to cancel my order and was told I couldn't as it was being processed. They are very quick at processing considering how busy they must be with a sudden influx of customers lol. Now I don't want to send the items back when they come because of all the problems of them being taken over etc as may never see my money again.

Anyway well done to anyone who actually got the discount.

Can't believe this...my item's arrived and I have indeed been charged full price, despite the discount clearly showing when I confirmed the transaction. They can't just increase the price like that can they? I've tried calling them but they're always busy, but I've left my number so let's see if they ring back...

this company have terrible customer service it took me 22 phone calls 6 emails and a letter to get £4.50 back off them they owed me and this all took 3 months in total :mad: and cost me much more in calls
