I have recieved a letter from Capital one saying that my account with them is being MOVED away from the Debt Collection Agency they sent it to!
And even more strange the account is now back with Capital One????
Is this normal ??
What are they up to??

I suggest phone them up and ask. Perhaps they sent to the debt collection people in error.
It's definitely worth keeping tabs on who is managing your account. Especially with the amount of ID fraud going on.0 -
Account was passed about 3 years ago, the amount owed is about £900.
my wife has an account with them (thats been running smoothly)

Hi, my husband has also had this and have read a few other posts about the same thing happening??? Why on earth would they want to buy back debts??Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
