Hows 3 for 99p better than 3 for 88p (which it would be if it was 3 for 1)??

because one tin of the taco beans is 88p so if you get 3 for 99p you save £1.65

I have found the opposite to be the case. The tomatoes seems really nice to me. I've tried quite a few tins of tomatoes in the bast.

I made a spaghetti bolognaise with them and they were lovely. I did add some tomato puree, but I would have done that, whatever the tins of toms I'd used.

I suppose its all down to personal taste.
