The main website quotes £9.50 for access to the Bank of Ireland Lounge by showing your boarding pass if flying with easyJet, Jet2.com or bmibaby and £12 for people flying with everyone else.
If you go via http://www.parkbcp.co.uk click on Airport Lounges and use the promo code amex (as per the parking) you get lounge access for £8.46 which is a saving of 15% over the BCP website price as they charge £9.95.
In real terms, for the lowcost airline passenger it's a saving of 11% over the airport price and for everyone else it's almost a 30% saving.
Info summarised from both websites.........
Any families or groups over 5 have to call in advance to make sure they can be allocated the space and you can only stay for 3 hours max. (which conflicts with the airport website quoting admission 2 hours before your flight time) Children under 12 aren't permitted. Children over 12 are permitted at the discretion of the lounge supervisor. During busy periods children may not be permitted entry at all.

I have often found (especially with low cost ailines) that check in does not open until 2 hours before your flight although it does vary depend on who you are flying with.
Most lounges are "airside" and therefore it's often less than 2 hours before you get to the lounge.
Sometime you get called for flights and hour beforehand, so this can mean that far from spending 3 hours in the lounge, you get about 45 minutes.
I know they vary, but I am not sure the last one I went it was worth it even with the Egg 75% off offer.0 -
What is in the lounge that is worth paying for?0
