My Mums buying my daughter a TV for christmas, looking for a 24 to 26 inch around the £200 mark
Ive seen a few under budget but they have built in DVD, would rather not have this and just have stand alone DVD player
There is a nice Goodmans in Comet for £189.00 but its a bit bulky at the back and the butons are at the side.
My mums old school and wanted to buy it there an then, trying to convince her to wait till I''ve had a good luck online and then look for codes and go through Cashback site too
Anyone seen any good deals or advice on make model etc would be much appreciated

Argos have a 26'' Grundig for £200. You'll need to check that it's available locally though.

If you're still undecided then consider making a query on AVForums. And don't necessarily go by the displays in Richer Sounds as their TVs may not be properly calibrated.
I must say, the LGs I've seen I've been very impressed with, the sound may appear pretty mediocre but picture quality looks fairly impressive.0 -
Think I'm sold on the LG. It was an LG we originally picked out but to stay on budget it was only a 22" which I thought was a bit small. Hoping to go in this weekend although shopping in Glasgow city centre at the weekend is a nightmare.
So long as picture quality good Can always add a sound system on later
Thanks for all ur advice0
