Anyone Know a Bramley Apple Wine Recipe?

Would like a bash at making some Bramley Apple wine but struggling to find a recipe , what would be the best way to prepare the apple as I have no press.

    - 3 1/2 lb Cooking Apples
    - 2 1/2 lb Granulated Sugar
    - 1 Gallon Cold Water (8 Pints)
    - 2 Lemons
    - 1 Orange
    - 1 tsp Wine Yeast
    - Yeast Nutrient
    - Pectic Enzyme

    Method
    chop apples and put into a bucket with 1 gallon of water (make sure everything is sterilised.

    Cover the bucket and stir daily with a plastic spoon for a week.

    Strain liquid through muslim into another bucket add 2 1/2 lb sugar and juice and rind of lemons / oranges. Stir well until sugar is disolved.

    the add the yeast, yeast nutrient and pecticenzyme, cover and leave for one day

    strain again and put into fermentation jar and in around 4 months - voila you have wine


    I got this recipe from the internet and it was nice (and I dont normally like homemade wine)
