    Part of the Furniture
Would Quidco count as an intermediary? - just that the T&C for the bike says the offer doesn't apply if going through an intermediary.

Well from the original email I got from a cashback site, they were clearly saying you would get the bike from pru and the cashback from them.
This is the text of the email :

Well i'll get hammered if I give you a link cause it will have to be affiliated.
Use Quidco etc to search for Pru health, and use their link.
    Its really simple.
  • has anyone recived the bike yet?
  • I received my bike on friday - haven't put it together yet (needs small amount of assembly) but looks very smart

Got mine yesterday - took them long enough...

When I signed up I didnt see anthing about having to cough up £69 if you cancelled within a year. I'm sure I checked on the website - all I saw was that you could cancel with 30 days notice.

Also, none of the policy stuff they sent me mentions that.

There was a note delivered with the bike saying that though.

I've just cancelled (after three months) so we'll see what happens I guess...
