    Not sticking your nose in! I asked for advice and it's useful to see things from other people's points of view. I appreciate you taking the time!

    You are absolutely right about the DVDs. I already belong to the library so can easily take out DVDs from there. I did apply to join one mystery shopping company (I think I saw it mentioned on here!) but I haven't heard back from them - not sure what that means :confused:

    I do exercise - yoga - in fact that's another thing I forgot to put on my SOA! (£5 per week - although have not been for a few weeks). Were you thinking about exercise in terms of my MH issue? If so you're right - in fact that's why I started going. (And for high blood pressure which I also have!). It's true up to a point that sorting out my finances will help me psychologically. I will have to think about what to do on this one. I have tried GP referal but you only get 8 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy which is not enough & not what I need!

    I also agree about the daughter - watch this space on that one!!:D
